I couldn't ask for a better product than corkon & a better service than Stephane's when it came to the coating part of my van build. Not only did it cover insulation, acoustics and vibration, but it's completely natural and also left a beautiful finish with a great texture that didn't require me to add another layer on top of it to hide it like traditional methods. I found this all-in-one solution super time & cost efficient, the whole process was hassle-free and required minimal preparation. I'm proud of it because it feels like the most premium part of the build. I'm already looking forward to have my next van sprayed with corkon!

What a great product!
As an OSHC centre, our new garden shed/teaching space needed a little protection from heat, cold and moisture but we had to find a product that was i) safe for kids ii) looked good and ii) didn't reduce the available indoor space.
Corkon was the perfect solution. Stephane talked us through costs, process, finishes and colours and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
We couldn't be happier with the outcome and the kids just LOVE the space!

Super easy to coordinate the whole process from start to finish, great communication and provided me with options too. Overall 10/10 quick, fair pricing and a nice guy too.

At Terra Campers, we build off-grid campervans on the Gold Coast and have used Corkon insulation across multiple conversions now. The first time, Stephane was generous enough to give us a full tutorial, completing the installation with us at our workshop.

It's a beautiful product to work with, conforming very well to the irregular shapes and cavities you deal with in a van, which makes installation cleaner than a lot of alternatives and reaches places that are otherwise very tricky to cover, ensuring maximum coverage within the van.

We also found the build process after insulation was improved — the cork goes on so uniform and compact that everything downstream sits better and is easier to build upon.

It looks so good, in fact, that some clients opt to leave it visible on doors as a feature piece.

The acoustic dampening noticeably cuts road noise, and because it's a natural cork product there's no off-gassing — a big plus for our clients living in their vans full-time. Of course, it's condensation control is another huge plus for us and our clients.

Service has been excellent throughout, with Stephane always responsive and helpful.

Corkon has earned a permanent spot in our build spec, and we now offer installation for DIY converters too!

I recently sprayed my new van out with Corkon. Stephane showed me how to do a proper job.

I have since taken it on multiple trips and have been very impressed with the products ability to eliminate all condensation that would occur on the bare metal. It even snowed and there was very little condensation anywhere in the van.

The noise is greatly reduced, and the look is amazing too.

10/10 would recommend, and Stephane is a great guy to work with.

Stefan and the CORKON product I’m very impressed with , im not from your normal van building background . But an architectural house builder , and can see how well this product has worked for the sound in my van before adding any LINNINGS back in ,
And the thermal break is a given to the way it is direct to the back of the cold shell .. we will now be trying to use this in homes where suitable
Cheers CORKON team
Thanks Jarrod

We are absolutely thrilled with the result of using corkon in the first hospitality project as an acoustic and thermal ceiling treatment. Stephane went the extra mile to make sure the detail and care was there. We are absolutely with the result! The coloured corkon ceiling really made our project at Little Sista. We look forward to using your product in the future.

I used this product to insulate my Toyota Hiace LWB 2014 (Japanese Import). I watched their video tutorials & emailed to learn more. I hired an Air Compressor from Kennards Hire & bought a spray gun at the same time as I bought the 2 bags of Cork-on, from van Creed online.

I stripped the van, prepared it for procedure & then sprayed with 2 coats of the Corkon product. I spent approximately $1000 on product, tools & air compressor hire. DIY obviously takes time, particularly if it’s the first time doing it. It took me about 20 hours (stripping, prep, spraying & cleanup x 2) as I had no idea what I was doing & had extra cleanup because I sprayed over 2 days.

Great savings, great end result & was i so proud of my courage, efforts & hard work 😅
If I can do it anyone can!

I had a fantastic experience with this insulation. The product sticks really well to the walls and surfaces inside my van. It keeps the temperature perfect and it also blocks out noise. Plus, it was super easy to apply!
